Let me introduce you to someone who has inspired millions—including me. His name is Paul Potts and if you haven’t heard of him before, you’re about to discover a story that will stick with you.
In 2007, Paul was a shy, bullied, unassuming cell phone salesman. He wasn’t exactly what you’d picture when you think of a superstar. But despite his fear and lack of confidence, he took a massive step out of his comfort zone and auditioned for the very first season of Britain’s Got Talent.
Why? Because he needed the prize money. His finances were tight, and he believed he had nothing to lose.
